Frequently Asked Questions

What Does a Typical Training Session Look Like?

Training sessions are typically 45-60mins. Sessions are in a small-group personal training format with the maximum slots being 8 athletes at a time. This allows athletes to have more focus from coaches and receive the best training possible!

Is This Program Okay for Beginners?

Absolutely! Since we work with younger kids, our typical new athlete hasn't participated in a program like ours before. That's why we make our programs custom to every athlete's goals & skill level.

How Often Are Training Sessions?

Typically we ask for 2-3 sessions per week at minimum, with options available for 4-5 times per week as well.

Where Is the Gym Located?

The gym is located at 12800 W. Parmer Lane Suite 212 in Cedar Park, Texas.

How Old Does My Child Need to Be?

Athletes must be 12 years or older to participate in our training program.
